Oxon Hill Rentals

This is my 3rd or 4th time using them for parties and they particularly have kids height tables and chairs, which are perfect for 6 y.o and under. The tables are heavy wood and take caution for splinters but a must for kids parties. This last time I rented a Uhaul to haul my order since delivery was too expensive. Only gave it a 4 stars because delivery fee was high. It was affordable to rent the Uhaul and I was able to keep it all weekend.

ok lets start from the start, I went in to rent a electric snake 1" cable and 100ft long and I spoke to a lady 3 times on the phone at different times, who that lady was I have no idea, we talked about the price and time of the rental and I wrote it down per our conversation. The price was 120 deposit and 80 dollars for 8hrs of rental. Our discussion was I needed 120 dollars for the rental and when the equipment is returned the 80 dollars would be deducted. The reason I asked this question is because I just rented a machine from Homedepot and the cost was 100 deposit and the balance when the machine is returned. The machine from homedepot was not heavy-duty and did not work as planned, it was a 5/8" 100ft electric auger and did not have the power to push through, this was witnessed by the crew of WSSC who stated you needed a bigger auger and recommended the size to get. Now that all of this has been explained, this is my experience with oxon hill rentals when I got to the store, I went in spoke to one of the managers Mr. Rodney about the rental and he pretty much stated that the conversation I had with the young lady that works for his establishment was not correct that I had made up the prices in question and that the prices were hire and the deposit was different, he was not trying to be helpful, he made it seem as if I was trying to get over on him. I have no reason to randomly come up with numbers on a machine I need to complete a job. As the lady quoted the information I wrote the info on the website paper from there advertisement nothing more or less. The moral to this story is we need to stop patronizing businesses that come into our counties and they do not respect black dollars, and everybody knows what I am talking about. If you live in this county and you are a person of color you know exactly what I am talking about. They take our money but the disrespect is clear as the nose on your face. From the Chinese restaurants to this rental place etc.
